Satsuki Stacking

Satsuki is not 100% build cover on Bag 1. Use a complementary setup when Satsuki isn't buildable.
You can also use a fallback setup such as 8L PC Openers or 1st PC when Satsuki isn't buildable.

Gamushiro & friends Bag 1 marked with 🇦️ and 🅱 have 100% combined build cover and 100% recovery rate into 100% DPC setups.
You must learn (build + recovery, not all solves) one of these combinations (🇦+🅱) in order to always be able to loop using Satsuki.

From Bag 2 onwards Satsuki setups marked with ⭐ have 100% combined build cover and 100% recovery rate into 100% DPC setups.
You must learn these setups in order to always be able to loop using Satsuki.

For both Satsuki 7p and Satsuki 6p only the first build is necessary.
However, using the other two will improve softdrop rate and KPP significantly.

Some rare queues (2.78%) require an annoying gravity wait:

Fig: Satsuki gravity wait.

This can be avoided if you forgo TST:

⭐🩹 Satsuki Complementary Recovery (2)

To be used in combination with Minimals. These recoveries cover all the fail queues.

⭐ Satsuki Minimals (14)

Satsuki Extra (4)

Save O/S/Z solves with vertical I or ILZ filling the corner space combined with the two recovery solves have 100% build rate while retaining full 22.70% TSS+Tet chance and 69.80% TSD chance.
PC% is only 87.06% without using the other minimals but it's enough for basic looping.

Space divisions make finding solves simpler:

When T comes in the middle of the bag, it's sometimes possible to get the spin after skimming.
Skim in a way that creates a hole ready for the O piece to be placed last on top of the T slot.
Hold O until T has been placed:

When T comes too late, you'll often need to skim the top rows first.
Skim in a way that blocks off the T slot, ready for T to be placed last once the top rows have been resolved.
Here O cannot be used to resolve the space above the T slot because it would fall through.
Hold O or place O on the other side instead:

A full recovery route with 5 minimals exists.
While you never need most of these in practice, they're good to know if you make a mistake.

The recovery that skims into OSZ Ball T SPC residue can sometimes be upgraded to MKO T DPC residue if you spot an early J in next bag and partially mirror the TSZ portion:
