Save O/S/Z solves with vertical I or ILZ filling the corner space combined with the two recovery solves have 100% build rate while retaining full 22.70% TSS+Tet chance and 69.80% TSD chance.
PC% is only 87.06% without using the other minimals but it's enough for basic looping.

Space divisions make finding solves simpler:

When T comes in the middle of the bag, it's sometimes possible to get the spin after skimming.
Skim in a way that creates a hole ready for the O piece to be placed last on top of the T slot.
Hold O until T has been placed:

When T comes too late, you'll often need to skim the top rows first.
Skim in a way that blocks off the T slot, ready for T to be placed last once the top rows have been resolved.
Here O cannot be used to resolve the space above the T slot because it would fall through.
Hold O or place O on the other side instead:

Minimals respecting above space divisions bring together with Recovery have 99.96% build rate with 59.52% TSS+ PC chance and avoiding J DPC.
When you get the fail queue ([JO]!TZISL), do a greedy TSS save L solve or use the save S recovery below.
PC% is only 88.37% without using the other minimals but it's enough for basic looping.
