14L PC Openers

14L PC Opener is an 14-line PC opener setup. It can also be built after completing a loop using any setup that ends after 14L/28L such as 14L PC Openers.
14L PC Opener completes the loop and can be followed up by any opener such as 14L PC Openers.
Generally useless. Only for recursion and Ouroboros fans.
